What is Seeds of Hope?<\/b><\/h5>\n

Seeds of Hope is an exciting year-long mission project where we partner with Erin Duerr, our amazing Global Partner who’s using her farming skills to make a real difference in Nigeria! Erin is working with three centers that care for over 300 children, teaching them how to grow their own food and sharing God’s love with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Erin Duerr is a passionate follower of Jesus who felt called to use her skills as a professional farmer to serve others. She’s currently working in Nigeria with the Fretheims and City Ministries, helping three centers that care for over 300 children. Erin is dedicated to teaching these children how to grow their own food and sharing the love of Jesus with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Location:<\/b> Erin lives in Jos, Plateau State, in central Nigeria. It’s an area with a cooler climate and more rain, which is perfect for farming!<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Job:<\/b> Erin is an Agricultural Consultant, advising local farmers on how to improve their crops.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Language:<\/b> Erin is learning Hausa, the most spoken language in Nigeria, to better connect with the people she serves.<\/span><\/li>\n
