We seek to engage kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade with truths about God and the Bible through entertaining lessons that bring the Bible to life.<\/p>\n

What is Kids Church like?<\/h4>\n

Building a kid\u2019s life starts at a very early age. Children in our nursery (birth\u2014under two years) experience God\u2019s love in a nurturing and caring environment. Children in our preschool program (two\u2014five years) explore the Bible through age-specific activities, engaging Bible lessons, games, and praise God through fun, energetic worship!\u00a0 Each age-specific class is designed to communicate the love of Jesus to preschoolers in simple, interactive ways that they will understand and respond to.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uptown (Grades K-2) and The Barn (Grades 3-5) are the places where kids will discover and build a relationship with God through engaging Bible lessons, which will develop their faith, character and establish a strong spiritual foundation. They will learn truths about God and the Bible through entertaining and thought-provoking dramas, energetic times of worship, and fun games. We spend time together as a group, and then break off into small groups, where small group leaders lead a discussion of the day\u2019s Bible story in order to help kids see how much God loves them and how they can apply the lesson to their daily lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shine Ministry is passionate about serving individuals of varying abilities to learn, grow and enjoy their faith through an individualized creative curriculum and loving, one-on-one attention.
